Why Did I Get Married Too?
This one is one of those movies which have a group of friends on vacation and going back emotionally enriched and more mature. This is the sequel to the Tyler Perry hit, ‘Why Did I get Married?’. The story takes off where the first edition ended. The four couples hit the Bahamas for their annual week-long holiday. But things are not exactly as they would have wanted them to be. There are deep-set marital problems and the couples cannot keep brushing them under the carpet all the time. They have to face the questions head on and come up with a solution and preferably do that before the holiday is over.
The group reconnects on a personal level and talks about their lives and relationships. But their cozy holiday time goes for a toss when Shiela’s ex-husband turns up to rattle settled feathers. Her ex husband, Mike, wants to win her back from her current husband Troy. This leads to complications galore. In fact, this problem acts as a trigger for the other couples as well. Suddenly their differences come to the fore. They question the basic pillars of married life, like commitment and fidelity. Angela doubts the fact that her husband can be faithful. Her reason to believe so is that Marcus is a celebrated TV newscaster.
The eclectic mix of personalities also includes Dianne and Terry. Their relationship is under continued strain because they have children. Patricia, another member of the group, is a psychologist. She realizes that she has flaws in her own marriage to Gavin. Each one in the group must grow up in some way or the other. They need to recognize the person within and come out a stronger and better personality. The movie certainly seems to be a lot of fun. But a visit to the theater isn’t recommended. Better order video on demand to watch the movie on your satellite TV screen.

Grey’s Anatomy Dumps Katherine Heigl Katherine Heigl is having a tough time! She took a leave from the filming of ‘Grey’s Anatomy’. But she was never called back with a call time. She has no clue when to report back to the shoot. Katherine’s calls to the production house were not returned and she is till in the dark about her future role with the medical drama. Her family leave ended earlier this month. That’s a sad development for fans of the show who loved to watch Katherine Heigl’s portrayal of Dr. Izzie Stevens. -
