Simon Monjack spoke about the death of his 32-year old wife Brittany Murphy. In an interview to 'Access Hollywood', he said, ""My world was destroyed yesterday. I loved what Ashton [Kutcher] wrote on Twitter. It was comforting to me." The message that he is referring to had Ashton writing: "2day the world lost a little piece of sunshine ... My deepest condolences go out 2 Brittany's family, her husband, & her amazing mother Sharon. see you on the other side kid."

This could only be something that Pete Doherty does! It wasn't just enough that he was caught in possession of a banned substance (our guess is heroin), it was that he was caught right after he was released on bail on charges of DUI. The 'Survivor' finale was won by Natalie White. But fans that followed the show are unanimous that Russel Hantz needed to win the show and the million dollar prize as well. Britney Spears has embarked on a different type of clutter cleaning. She's decided to separate the fact from the fiction when it comes to celebrity gossip about her. The performer has activated a "BS Alert" on her personal webpage. The idea of the page is to point out the most outrageous story about her and which concerns her. The work is being carried out by her manager, Adam Leber.
Adam writes on her blog: "There were more then 13,000 stories written about Britney Spears in 2009. We ranked the ones we believe were the most ridiculous." Heart Attack Kills Brittany Murphy
Heart attack fell young actress Brittany Murphy. The 32-year old was reported to have suffered an attack while she was in the shower. Her mom found her unconscious. She immediately called 911 who reached the spot to find her in a state of massive cardiac arrest. They administered CPR and continued doing so on their way to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Hospital authorities declared her dead on arrival.

Love triumphs despite bad weather! Kevin Jonas and Danielle Deleasa got married at Oheka Castle in Long Island without sparing a worry for the incessant snowfall outside. The eccentric wife of actor Randy Quaid, Evi Quaid, was picked up from their West Texas home by the Marfa P.D. for failing to turn up at court. That is nothing new to this couple. They have defaulted in court appearance on numerous counts. The arrest took place at 6.30 pm. For reasons not clear to the media, Randy was not arrested. Shane Sparks Out on Molestation Bail
Shane Sparks has finally seen the light of day after being holed up for a real long time. The talented choreographer was released on bail and his attorney promptly went to the media with the story that his client was not guilty of child molestation, as the charges said. The incident itself happened some fifteen years back!
Steve Meister, attorney to Shane Sparks feels that this is "extortion, Hollywood style." What he exactly means by that was lost on us. But he went to on to tell TMZ that the claim of his client being guilty "stinks to high heaven". He pointed out that the accuser wouldn't have waited for 15 years if the claim was genuine. James Woods Settles Case out of Court The jury did not have to be out on this one. James Woods settled the lawsuit against the Rhode Island hospital where his brother Michael died in 2006. The CEO of Kent Hospital, Sandra Coletta, admitted to mistakes in Michael's treatment and they would be creating an institute as a memorial to Michael. Along with that, $1.25 m will be spent on improving hospital facilities and error reduction. James is the executor of his brother's estate and said that his niece and nephew will be financially compensated. No other information was available. -
Brangelina Donate 7m in Charity A tax return obtained by The Hollywood Reporter showed that Brangelina donated about $6.8m in charity in the year 2008. The Jolie-Pitt foundation listed the causes which the money went to. Global Health, Human Rights Watch and Pitt's Make It Right Foundation are some of the foundations which benefitted, along with Armed Services YMCA and many other projects in Cambodia. Lady Gaga Buys Pizza for Fans Lady Gaga may have disappointed fans at the American Music Awards, but she didn't let her fans down altogether. She reportedly bought $1000 worth pizza for her fans. Fans outside Best Buy in LA were treated by the singer. 80 cheese pizzas were ordered. JLo's Dog Out For Fun? This is real dog trouble. Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony were slapped with charges after their little dog charged at a flight attendant. The German Shepherd named Floyd is a trained dog for "personal protection." The dog growled and hit out at Lisa Wilson during the course of a flight. Lisa alleged that the dog hit her with the head, causing her to topple over and suffer injuries. The vet's report said: "It is clear to me that Floyd, Mr Anthony's personal protection dog, behaved inappropriately, aggressively and in a manner that consistently endangered humans." -

Mike Tyson Up There Again! Mike Tyson is again facing charges of snapping at a shutterbug. The LA City Attorney's Office is looking into the incident and yet to determine if charges should be slapped against the former heavyweight champ or the pesky cameraperson. Tony Echevarria told the court that Tyson bumped him at the airport leaving him with a bad cut on the forehead. Defense claimed that Tyson was on his way with wife and daughter when he was intentionally provoked. -
Nicholas Cage and his National Treasure Nicholas Cage is broke. Alleging that his manager Samuel Levin is the one to blame, Cage pressed charges against him. Obviously, Levin is now out in the public with a list of Cage's assets, asserting where all the money Cage earned as a screen God went: "15 palatial homes around the world, four yachts, an island in the Bahamas, a Gulfstream jet, millions of dollars in jewelry and art." Nicole Richie and Joel Madden Married?! At a court, Nicole Richie and Joel Madden turned up to fight a case against a couple of paparazzi photographers. She was granted a permanent protective order against them. But that didn't surprise us! The surprise was that the judge kept referring to them as husband and wife! We didn't know they were married! The Attorney, Mark Geragos, also referred to Madden as "your husband" during questioning. -
Wannabe Star Pleads Innocence in Burglary Alexis Neiers turned up in court today to plead innocence in cases of burglary conducted in the homes of Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, Ashley Tisdale and some other celeb biggies, particularly the con job at Orlando Bloom's house this summer. The 18-year old E! Star is filming a reality show with her Playboy model sister, Tess Taylor. Alexis came to court with the camera crew. She's free now on a bond settlement of $50,000. Her next hearing is on Nov 30.
