Eddie Cibrian is on song to sue a magazine, Life & Style, for publishing an article which claimed that he was two-timing on his girlfriend, LeAnn Rimes. The actor is about to obtain divorce. He will file a defamation suit against the magazine for the report. Here's what the lawsuit states: "Since the separation from his wife, Eddie Cibrian has not had a romantic or sexual relationship with any woman other than Ms. Rimes." Read more »
Erin Andrews Stalked and Shot Nude
ESPN reporter Erin Andrews was followed and shot naked in hotels across the US. The stalker is Michael David Barrett. He followed her to several US hotels she stayed in. The federal investigators on this case are building a case against him on this evidence. Michael reportedly called up seven hotels in Columbus to find out where Erin was putting up in January, 2008. When he found out the hotel, he checked in on an adjoining room, changed the peephole and shot the video. Read more »

Kim Kardashian features in a new salad ad for Carl's Jr. Premium Salads. She declares her love for burgers: "I'm always down for a burger, I love them and I eat them." She's happy that she was offered the commercial for a salad. As a true blue endorser, she informs that the salads are healthy "and it totally fits what I'm about right now." The problem with this is that the tabloid had already published ridiculous stories about the Robsten couple. Nicole Richie in Hospital
Nicole Richie is in the news again. She's taken ill and had to be hospitalized at Cedars Sinai, LA. Her representative confirmed that it was a case of pneumonia. Fans on her Twitter page were worried it was a case of swine flu. The fact is that she's doing fine now. The mother of two wrote on her Twitter page earlier this week: "ok cold, it's been 6 days. Lets part ways graciously & keep it moving." The rep was working overtime as rumors spread rapidly that she was suffering from swine flu. Read more »

Miley Cyrus, the Disney ruled star, slammed the Twilight series in a Cleveland radio interview. The interview was scheduled prior to a concert. When she could have got away with just saying that she has not read the book or watched the movie, she decided to go all out in her tirade against the Twilight series. This is what she chose to say instead: "I've never seen [Twilight], nor will I. I don't believe in it. I don't like vampires, I don't like the wolf that pops out of the screen when I'm watching TV at night, I don't want anything to do with it. I don't like the shirts; I don't like any of it." Biggest Loser Contestant Loses Heart
Rebecca Meyer, the most recent competitor to be evicted from The Biggest Loser, admitted on The Jay Leno Show that the experience of going through the motion was an achievement in itself. Rebecca lost 100 pounds while she was in the competition. Rebecca talked about her mate on the show, Daniel Wright. She said, "Daniel was my best friend, is my best friend, and after leaving the show we talked for, like, five, six-hour conversations and then...he told me he had feelings." Read more »

James Woods Settles Case out of Court The jury did not have to be out on this one. James Woods settled the lawsuit against the Rhode Island hospital where his brother Michael died in 2006. The CEO of Kent Hospital, Sandra Coletta, admitted to mistakes in Michael's treatment and they would be creating an institute as a memorial to Michael. Along with that, $1.25 m will be spent on improving hospital facilities and error reduction. James is the executor of his brother's estate and said that his niece and nephew will be financially compensated. No other information was available. -
Brangelina Donate 7m in Charity A tax return obtained by The Hollywood Reporter showed that Brangelina donated about $6.8m in charity in the year 2008. The Jolie-Pitt foundation listed the causes which the money went to. Global Health, Human Rights Watch and Pitt's Make It Right Foundation are some of the foundations which benefitted, along with Armed Services YMCA and many other projects in Cambodia. Lady Gaga Buys Pizza for Fans Lady Gaga may have disappointed fans at the American Music Awards, but she didn't let her fans down altogether. She reportedly bought $1000 worth pizza for her fans. Fans outside Best Buy in LA were treated by the singer. 80 cheese pizzas were ordered. JLo's Dog Out For Fun? This is real dog trouble. Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony were slapped with charges after their little dog charged at a flight attendant. The German Shepherd named Floyd is a trained dog for "personal protection." The dog growled and hit out at Lisa Wilson during the course of a flight. Lisa alleged that the dog hit her with the head, causing her to topple over and suffer injuries. The vet's report said: "It is clear to me that Floyd, Mr Anthony's personal protection dog, behaved inappropriately, aggressively and in a manner that consistently endangered humans."
