Khloe Kardashian Called "Donkey"!

Shanna Moakler, a former beauty pageant queen, referred to the hot Khloe Kardashian as a "donkey" on The Wendy Williams show. There's a big question mark on how many viewers actually watch that show, but Khloe certainly came to know about it. She wrote on her Twitter page: "Who is shana moakler??? I have no idea who this girl is but I guess she is talking about me. Talk on honey...I can care less LOL."

Kellan Lutz Unplugged

Kellan Lutz, the star of the Twilight series, feels that Eclipse will be a much bigger hit than the New Moon. Eclipse releases in June, 2010. He feels the movie will appeal to both men and women because of the kick-ass action scenes that are there in the movie. He was hopeful that men who are not really fans of the Twilight series can take home a lot from the movie and be more interested in the franchise. Kellan also spoke about his love for action and adventure stuff.

Kellan likes to watch the Bourne series, primarily because of the action. He said that he would love to be Jason Bourne. When asked about his wonderfully toned physique, Kellan said that he does exercise for about once or twice a week only for 45 minutes and "eat whatever" he wants to. Wonder how he manages to keep his ripped muscles in shape with all that "eat whatever" that he gorges on! How come we can't "eat whatever" and get away with it?!

Kristin Cavallari Picks Up What Audrina Patridge Throws!

Kristin Cavallari really seems to have some deep connection with Audrina Patridge. First she got into this fake sort of a relationship with her The Hills co-star Justin-Bobby Brescia, ex of Audrina. We can let her off on that count by blaming that the producers of The Hills were working on their PR for the TRPs. But you are yet to hear the latest. Kirstin is now dating Tal Cooperman, the co-owner of the DCMA line of clothing. Yes, you guessed right! He dated Audrina as well!

Tal and Kristin were spotted at the ESPN bash in LA. They had a quiet sushi dinner at Nobu before they were spotted kissing at Voyeur, the West Hollywood destination. Reports suggest that they were spotted making out in a VIP stage at the club. "They were all over each other," is how a clubber defined them. Though it seems a little contrived, we are not really sure how long they can be spotted in these nooks. We mean they can be spotted, but maybe with different partners!

Spencer Pratt Considered Vasectomy!

Spencer Pratt could easily walk away with the award for being the least informed celebrity, had it not been for Paris Hilton. Spencer was so fed up of his trophy wife Heidi Montag asking for a baby, he decided to go for vasectomy! That is not the strange part. That strange part is that he thought it was reversible! In a preview released to MTV, he confesses that he considered the "seven-minute procedure" but decided against it when he learnt that the procedure cannot be reversed.

We are all stunned to know about Spencer's wonderful knowledge about biology. Could it be that he used that as an excuse for something which he wouldn't have done anyway? Or could it be a promotional stunt for the Hills episode? Hard to say now, but Heidi Montag was surely not pleased when she heard about it! She asks in horror: "And then you would have come home and told me 'Hi, honey, I snipped my balls off?'" Good point, girl!

Christian Serratos Pose Nude for PETA

Christian Serratos drops her clothes for the latest PETA billboards to hit the nation. The campaign is to protest against the use of fur. Animal fur is a major reason why animals are beaten, drowned and sometimes skinned alive. Christian stars as Angela Weber in the Twilight Saga franchise. The caption of the campaign reads: "Rather go naked than wear fur!"

Christian is only 19! Isn't that too early to pose nude for a national campaign? Skeptics feel that these ads where nubile women shed their bare minimum would cause further damage to the cause. Some snide remarks include suggestions that people would take to animal killing more viciously to gaze at more celebs going nude for the PETA! It's a rather dubious situation really.

Levi Johnston Wants Joint Custody of Sarah Palin's Grandson

Levi Johnston, the man Sarah Palin talked about as her son-in-law is now in the court to seek custody of his son. Levi has a son from Bristol Palin, the eldest daughter of Sarah. Bristol is 19. The ten-month baby is called Tripp and he has Down syndrome. Sarah apparently referred to the child as "retarded" in an interview to Vanity Fair. That has not gone down well with Levi. The former Alaska Chief Executive has made it difficult for Levi to meet his son in the recent months. Levi claims that he has had enough and now wanted legal rights to visit his son. Levi and Bristol were reported to having a great relationship, or was it Sarah Palin's PR people hard at work during the elections? Anyway, she lost the elections and thee relationship lost steam. Now it's vendetta for Levi.

Levi and the Palins never really shared a great relationship. But, in the last few months it took a turn for the worse. Levi called Palin a hypocrite and Palin hit back for his turn as the nude Playgirl pictorial.

Taylor Swift on a Taunting Mission

Taylor Swift went on a taunting session as she hosted Saturday Night Live. She hardly spared anyone from the sharp tongue that she wagged on this platform. First up on the dartboard was her ex flame Joe Jonas. For the less-informed, Joe Jonas had dumped her unceremoniously, calling off the relationship over the phone! She sang about that in a hilarious mix of words: "You might think I'd bring up Joe, that guy who broke up with me on my phone, but I'm not going to mention him. Hey Joe, I'm doing real well. Tonight I'm hosting SNL, but I'm not going to brag about that."

Taylor then quickly shifted her attention to Taylor Lautner. After convincing people that she would not mention him, she mouthed 'Hi Taylor' and blew out an air kiss. It was a given that Kanye West would be the next target and so it was! If you remember, West had interrupted her show at the MTV Music Awards during this summer. She trilled: "You might be expecting me to say something bad about Kanye," she sang. "But everything's okay. I've got security lining the stage!"

Julianne Hough Missed on Dancing With The Stars

Any Dancing with the Stars fan would tell you, this season it has been a singularly boring affair. Absolutely no one seems interested in tuning in to watch out-of-work celebrities dance. Who would like to watch Mark Dacascos or Louie Vito is the big question everyone is asking. But the biggest question on the lips of people is: where is Julianne Hough?

Julianne was the star of the show and people turned up to watch her. She's on a leave from the show as she tries her hand at country music. Though we'd love her to succeed in her area of choice, we'd equally love to watch her on TV. She did make heads turn, that is so typical of her, as she got her mane colored. The classic blonde hair turned a lighter shade of brown. Wonder if she suited more as a blonde or as the new brunette!

Chris Brown Hits Back in a Subtle Way

Reacting to Rihanna's interview on Good Morning America, Chris Brown made a rather subtle protest against divulging intimate details about their affair on camera. He was very tame in his admission of whatever he has done and apologized again for the whole incident.

In a statement issued to MTV, Brown says: "I am extremely sorry for what I did, and accept accountability for my actions. At this point, I am taking the proper steps to grow from my mistakes. I only hope that others in similar situations can learn from our experience as well. Abuse of any kind is always wrong. The rest I leave it up to God."

Then in a sort of understatement, Brown stated that "I maintain my position that all the details should remain a private matter between us." He went on to wish her the best about her career and life.

Marriah Carrey Cries Abuse, Too

After Rihanna spoke her heart out against domestic violence, it is the turn of Marriah Carrey. When she was asked about what Rihanna spoke on Good Morning America, Carrey offered her own experiences on Larry King Live. She admitted that she did not have the best time at home and had to go through trials and tribulations that took a heavy toll on her mental wellbeing. She categorically stated that it was difficult for her to get over a relationship that was emotionally abusive. Was she talking about her ex-hubby Tommy Mottola? Of course, though she didn't take names.

Mariah didn't stop at that. She outlined that it was more difficult for her because she was not only in a marriage, but also in a business relationship with the abusive person. He was in control of everything. So it was tougher for her to get out of those long-drawn shadows. It seems the Rihanna incident has opened a can of violent men. Last heard, Hailey Glassman, the on-off girlfriend of our dirty-dad Jon Gosselin also made some allegations in the same vein. Where are the knights in shining armor?

Adam Lambert Has New Arm Candy

It was not really a long time back we reported that Adam Lambert was looking to date on tour. Well, we were not sure he had anyone in mind. It seems now that he had! Star magazine reported that Adam was out on a Halloween night party with singer-songwriter Ferras Alqaisi. It was no secret to onlookers that they were into each other and were enjoying the night out. A little bird told us that Ferras had been helping Adam on his new album which is set to hit the stores this November 23. Apparently they had a lot in common and that developed into a sort of bond.

Sources say that Drake LaBry is still in a state of shock and disbelief that Adam dropped him like a hot potato. It was completely out of the blue for him. But let's look at the new man on Adam. Ferras is signed to Capital Records. His song "Hollywood's Not America" was slated to be selected as the exit song of the seventh edition of American Idol. It didn't come through. But he does have something, in fact a lot, to do with an American Idol now! Let's hope things roll smooth for our musical couple!

Yvette Monet Gets Restraining Order

The beautiful Yvette Monet who had the brainless abandon to date a 2'8" Verne Troyer, has obtained a restraining order against him. Monet has announced to everyone with ears that she was dating this unstable person and broke up a couple of months ago. She says that things turned nightmarish for her then on. He has been threatening her with a gun and had boasted that he can pull the trigger if needed! He is also reported to have claimed that his friend Burt has a gun and he's also pally with a cop with guns. That's too many guns to shoot one bird.

The restraining order envelops her home, workplace, her person and her vehicle. The order comes to a close on December 2. Come to think of it, these women complaining about violence, whoever asked her to date someone like him? Monet is a Minnesota native who has been part of eight separate TV shows. She has also modeled for Merle Norman Cosmetics and Miller Lite.

Lindsay and her Dad at It Again!

This has got to embarrass dads all over the world! Michael Lohan, the estranged dad of enfant terrible Lindsay Lohan, has revealed his daughter's phone call tapes to the media. His reason for doing something so cheap: he was trying to "prove a point". The three minute tape has the voice of a distraught and on the edge of the cliff Lindsay complaining to her father about her family and her ex Samatha Robinson. Her desolate and helpless voice comes through: "No one cares about me ... It's about how they feel, not how I feel. It's not about me. It's never been, unless I fight for it."

Enraged, thankfully and not murderous as anyone in her place as every right to be, Lindsay has asked her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley to bring out a restraining order against her dad. The tapes are one among many such calls Michael recorded of Lindsay and her mom Dina. While Chapman Holley put his case together to nail Michael, we can only hope that he's taught a lesson for making her own daughter's phone calls public to prove a god-forsaken point.

Kim Kardashian in a Different Ring

Kim Kardashian picked up boxing gloves for the cause of charity. She stepped into the bout ring wearing pink gloves. Her opponent was the winner of a charity auction. The results are an embarrassment, though. Her bro Rob took the ring as well. He ended up in a heap. Despite not being a pro, Rob was not spared! He has a black eye and concussion. Kim lost out too, but the match was a winner for the charity that will proceed to The Dream Foundation.

Kim reminisced in her blog about the incident. She reiterated that none of them were pros at any sort of fighting. (Aside: Unless it's something to do with the bedroom ring!) She and her bro trained for three days before the event. She thought of the whole event as fun and an opportunity to raise money for a charity. She dismissed the injuries sustained by Rob as minor and stressed that they were a strong family: "You can try to bring the Kardashians down... but we're a strong family. A concussion and a black eye can't hold us down!"

Ashlee Simpson Out of Melrose Place

Ashlee Simpson has the verve to throw her weight around, but she doesn't really have the acting talent or the star power to get away with it. She was shown the door at Melrose Place because nobody could take her I'm-a-diva airs. She would always report to the shoot late and act pricey with her co-actors. So much so that everyone hated her deeply, triggering a discordant note on the sets. The producers had enough of her starry crap and showed her the door.

Another reason doing the rounds is that the producers of Melrose Place wanted Heather Locklear to make a return as Amanda. The price was becoming an issue. So they decided to get Heather on board and cut Ashlee off the rolls. Heather is a bigger star than Ashlee and that's what the show needs now. A little birdie told me that Melrose veteran Jack Wegner is looking to make a return as well. Oh before I sign off, did I tell you the main reason Ashlee got dumped? Apparently she couldn't act to save her skin from being fried! So all for a diva!

Oscar 2010 Hosts: Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin

Oscar producers Adam Shankman and Bill Mechanic have announced that 82nd Academy Awards, 2010 will be hosted by the Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin. The producers feel that the pair was the perfect choice for the shows because they make a good contrast. Steve has prior experience of hosting the Oscars. He's done it twice in the past. Alec will be the newbie here. And that's exactly what the producers want on the table. They are looking for a "fresh personality" in Baldwin. Considering the amount of talent both men possess and their versatility, this could turn out to be a really inspired choice.

When contacted, Steve commented to admit that he will be hosting the Oscars with his "enemy Alec Baldwin". Replying to Steve, Alec poked that he doesn't "play the banjo" but confirmed that he was indeed doing that and it was a lifetime opportunity. While Steve is a safe choice for the big night, it will be worth the wait to find out if Alec can stand up to the challenge. They have promised the evening to be one of urban wit, lot of silliness and maybe a bit of banjo!

Rihanna on Domestic Violence

As reported earlier on this blog, singer Rihanna bared her thoughts on domestic violence and her own experience in the ordeal with Chris Brown. She referred to Chris Brown as her 'first love' and the incident as something that "taught me so much". She voiced her opinion against the role of media in that incident that catapulted her personal life into a gossip garden in February this year. She strongly feels that her private life should have been left alone by media hounds that targeted her pad and reported every inch and that happened and cooked up the other details to keep the gossip mills grinding.

She was critical of the photos leaked to the media. The photos show a battered and bruised Rihanna after Chris slammed her unconscious. Rihanna praised the support offered by friends and family, singling out her mom for extra praises. She admitted that there were points when things hit the sack badly and she was left alone with a bitter taste in the mouth. She went on to say the domestic violence was "a big secret". She felt good that her story was known to women who were in a similar situation: "The positive thing that has come out of my situation is that people can learn from that."

Nicholas Cage Broke?! So It Seems!

It's difficult to sink in really, but it does seem true! Nicholas Cage, who reportedly charges $20 million for a movie, is dead broke! That's what he's claiming in the courts. He is unable to pay his mortgage and taxes. In fact, he is in arrears of about $6.3 million in back taxes. Cage is firmly blaming his manager for this lack of funds at his disposal. In an October 16 lawsuit, he alleges that his manager, Samuel J. Levin, misappropriated his funds and "lined his pockets" with million earned in management fees.

Nicholas Cage had hired Levin in 2001 to handle his investments and finances. It's pretty clear now that Levin failed to do that. Big time! Cage is now selling off his assets to generate money enough to pay back his debts. He has sold houses in Las Vegas, California and New Orleans. His Bavarian castle home is not there, too. I suppose he has no real 'National Treasure' up his sleeve! That makes me wonder, how many houses can a person need? Has he been collecting houses lately or what?

Rihanna to Tell the Tale

This was what we were waiting for. After the Chris Brown incident back in February, we were all wondering what Rihanna had to say. For those who got out of an ice cave yesterday, Chris had beaten her up in a fit of rage this February, choking and threatening her! Footages showed a bruised and battered Rihanna.

Since then Chris has apologized publicly on repeated occasions. He's been given 5 years of probation, a year of domestic violence classes and 180 days of community labor. Now Rihanna is going to tell all in an interview on Good Morning America on ABC. Stay tuned this Friday for the two-part interview.

The devil in the grapevine has it that this is a promotional drive. Rihanna is finally ready with her fourth album Rated R. The album goes on the shelves this November 23. hope the interview works for her, because her latest chartbuster 'Wait Your Turn' isn't quite doing wonders for her!

Halloween Costume Prick for Kate and Jon!

Kate and Jon were the stuff of Halloween dreams this year! What else could you expect with them washing even their clean linen in public? Their notoriety has gone up to such levels that a couple of celebrity duos pulled a spoof on Kate and Jon! Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa, on their show Live with Regis and Kelly. They dressed up as Jon and Kate with neat stacks of money on the table, divided in two halves!

They were not the only one! The Most Painful reality TV Couple, Spencer and Heidi Pratt also dressed up as Kate and Jon. They tugged along with 8 dolls in a hilarious rip off on the 8 children of Kate and Jon! My friends who watched them do that told me that it was some sight watching them walk around with those dolls! Lil Wayne Is Being Sued!

A Florida resident, Thomas Marasciullo, has slapped Lil Wayne with a legal suit for using his voce without permission. The other person named in the lawsuit is Birdman, who's another rapper. The story that Marasciullo is that he was asked to record some Italian styled spoken words for Cash Money Records. He alleges that his voice was illegally used on four tracks in Wayne's album Like Father, Like Son. He also alleges that they appear in Birdman's 5 (Star) Stunna.

Marasciullo said that he found out about the use when his daughter was trying to download another song and mistakenly played the Wayne track! He claimed that his son was fired from the job at Cash Money Records when he asked the bosses for payment. The legal suit all looks set to land Wayne and Birdman in jail real soon!

Octomom Loses Weight in Record Time!

This is even more bizarre than the event which triggered it. The world sat up and took notice of the excellent reproductive abilities of Nadya Suleman when she gave birth to eight babies! After displaying her abilities in the pediatrics department, she's now making headlines for her abilities in the gym. Point here is that her gym membership is being funded by the taxpayers of Glad La Habra, California.

Nadya is also using the privileges of having a nanny funded by the taxpayers while she lost weight in the gym. She drained out 140 pounds following a midnight workout session thrice a week. She did strength training but no cardio exercises because she thinks she gets "enough of that with the kids." A point to be noted here is that she had children before she delivered the octuplets. Yes, her total number stands at a staggering 14! Phew! Beat that, someone!

More Drama of Kate-Jon

This keeps baffling everyone and consumes newsprint. There’s more on the Jon Gosselin story after he went on a withdrawal spree, drawing out more money from the joint account with his estranged wife than he was entitled to. A court order threatened Jon with contempt orders when he agreed to pay. Apparently he returned only $28,500 of the $180,000 that he is supposed to cough up. Kate’s lawyers have alleged that the money has not been wired to their account yet.

Kate, meanwhile, is trying to establish herself as a law abiding citizen. She’s documented all the money she spent from the joint account. She says that she spent the money on the kids. It remains to be known where and how Jon spent his money. A little birdie told us that Jon likes to throw his money, or rather their money, on wine and women, both a little mediocre. Well, nothing much can be expected from a celeb who’s most delusional about his celeb status.

Britney & Sons Have New Support!

Britney Spears and her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James Federline have a new support in the form of her boyfriend Jason Trawick. They were recently spotted in a pool in Mexico, enjoying quality time together. Eyewitnesses said that the kids were having a great time with Trawick and their mom looked at peace with the fact that her boys were on watch. Jason is reportedly great with the kids. You have to give it to Jason here. He took the responsibility of an unstable woman with two buys in the legal custody of her ex husband. It can’t be more screwed up really!

Sources close to this rather interesting foursome say that Jason Trawick has a calming influence over the boys. Britney had divorced their dad Kevin Federline 2006. Then on she has led a whirlwind life, flitting between rehabs, courts and clubs. Jason apparently treats the boys as his own. He stood by Spears as she fought the demons within and without. He is credited to have a significant influence on her recovery from those dark days. Spears has visitation rights to the boys and takes care of them half the times.

Sagging Fortunes of Kristin Cavallari and The Hills

Kristin Cavallari may look great off-screen but on the screen her good looks are coming to no profit for The Hills. The Hills fan base is going down by the day, and each passing episode drives the nail deeper into the coffin! MTV got in Kristin Cavallari, a little out of sight really since her Laguna Beach days, to add some curiosity factor to The Hills. It didn’t really do any benefit for the new season. It’s an epic failure.

Lauren Conrad is laughing his mouth off in West Hollywood. The ratings dipped since he quit the show, calling it a reality TV career. The network decided to get Kristin in to provide the missing punch. The punch hit on their faces. The ratings are down by a third this season. Though the show was always a little contrived, people liked watching Lauren Conrad. With him off the air, the show plummeted to depths and Kristin’s shapely shoulders couldn’t take the responsibility to pull it off.
