Pneumonia, Anemia Caused Brittany Murphy's Death
Finally we have the Los Angeles County Coroner's report about the cause of Brittany Murphy's death. The reason, they say, is pneumonia brought about my intake of multiple prescription drugs. The Chief Investigator, Craig Harvey, adjudged that it was a mistake on her part to take in so many drugs, thereby ruling out any rumors about foul play. The report also says that Murphy suffered from iron deficiency and pneumonia. The combined medical complications pushed Harvey to comment that the deceased actress "wasn't the healthiest person in the world."
At the time of her death, several prescription drugs were recovered from her bedside table. Her husband Simon Monjack led the media to believe that she took only Vicoprofen and Fluoxentine. He said that Murphy used to take antidepressants to overcome menstrual cramps. The Chief Investigator said that the drugs that were found on her system would be detailed in the toxicology report that would be released in a couple of weeks.
The drugs that Brittany Murphy took were oral medications. Sources close to the actress have surfaced with the idea that her death was "preventable". What they are trying to say is that Brittany would be alive today if that douchebag of a husband took her to the doctor on time. Instead, he kept encouraging her to take medicines which he procured through underhand means, and pushed her over the line. Simon Monjack was questioned as to why Brittany did not see a doctor when she was noticeably ill for months.
