Brooke Mueller blames it on “Bad Night”

Brooke Mueller is keen on setting her marriage with Charlie Sheen straight again. With rumors spinning out of the grapevine thick and fast about Brooke filing papers to walk out on her husband for pulling a knife on her, a well-placed, reliable source tells ‘People’ that Brooke may not be ready to go for the split just as yet. Mueller has hired Yale Galanter, the criminal defense lawyer who stood for OJ Simpson for years.

Yale Galanter told ‘People’: "Brooke and Charlie are very passionate about each other, they love each other and want to try and save their marriage. They had a bad night and want to get beyond it. They want to try and resolve their issues." When quizzed why Brooke took back her story even after reporting to the police, Yale said: "[She minimized] her story, like many wives in a similar situation do, when they realize their husband could go to jail."

Yale has asked for alteration of the protection order put out by the Colorado police. He told that Brooke was very keen and anxious to get back to Sheen as "they have absolutely gorgeous little babies and will do all they can to work out their problems." Much that we like the two of them together, we just hope that she’s making the right decision.
