Alexander Skarsgard is Single

True Blood star Alexander Skarsgard is single! Legions of female fans would be ecstatic to learn that. In an interview to an online celebrity gossip portal, Alexander declared that he is single. When quizzed what he thought about the idea of dating someone from the industry, Alexander said that he was not averse to the idea. In fact, he feels that such considerations are not really important to him.

Alexander told Ted Casablanca: "I don't think that matters... There are pros and cons to both. It's about a connection. I don't really care what they do for a living if the connection is there." He also clarified that being a celebrity and having his life under the glare of thousands of fans and the paparazzi was not something that bothered him unduly: "Everything is so much bigger and crazier here [compared to Europe]! I was a child actor, so I kind of got used to that when I was a young. It was kind of the same, just times a thousand out here!”

The more important question that Alexander seemed to face was not about his personal life, it was about the life of Eric, the character he plays in the True Blood series.
