Charlie Sheen Feels Awful About Action

Actor Charlie Sheen is feeling awful after the incident when he ran chasing his wife Brooke Mueller with a knife. The actor looked far from sober on the day it happened. Charlie Sheen has a history of substance abuse and he was on a strict vigil not to get into that vicious circle again. A source close to the actor told ‘People’ that the drinking escapade and what ensued thereafter is weighing heavily on the man.

The insider says, "He let himself down by drinking. [Charlie] has two little boys and he does not want to get divorced again." It seems that Brooke Mueller feels the same way about Charlie. She has indicated strongly that he doesn’t want to get a divorce and is much keen on working towards saving this marriage. Her attorney has also indicated that she wants to salvage her marriage.

In the meanwhile, some interesting update has come up on the knife thing! The same source tells us: "Did he have a knife with him? Yes. It's a pocketknife that his dad gave him 22 years ago, which he always carries. It's not like he got a kitchen knife and went after her." That’s something the police can look into!
