Jay Photoglou Sues Gretchen Rossi

If reports are to be believed, Gretchen Rossi is about to get sued by photographer Jay Photoglou. The litigation filed by the photographer says that Rossi had lied about her relationship with Jay, despite being “intimately involved with Photoglou the entire time the show filmed Rossi’s first season”. Jay is charging the Real Housewife of Orange County for damaging his reputation and calling him a drunk, thief and a liar. The technical details read libel and slander on five counts!

Gretchen Rossi and Jay Photoglou had been dating since 2008. Then Rossi had to him that she was taking care of her terminally ill ex-boyfriend, Jeff Beitzel. That version of her story changed tack immediately when she landed a series with Bravo. There she denied having anything to do with Jay and blew up her relationship with Beitzel for those sympathy points. That’s what got to Jay and he decided to slap her with a lawsuit.

This is, however, not a first with Gretchen Rossi. She has been involved in scandals before. She was exposed posing nude online. And, horror of horrors, she has planned a singing career for herself! But if jay wins his lawsuit against the troubled housewife, we hope that he manages to clamp a gag order on her to prevent the birth of a horrendous singing debut!
