Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning Lock Lips

Dakota Fanning and Kirsten Stewart have locked lips in the upcoming movie ‘The Runaways’. When asked about it at the Sundance Film Festival where the movie would be premiering, Fanning made light this cinematic moment: "It wasn't that big of a deal. It's just another part of the story." Instead she chose to speak about the clothes that she gets to wear in the movie. The clothes are has all the trappings of a rock band of the 70s.

The movie is based on the life of Joan Jett and her legendary all-girl rock band. The costume that Dakota Fanning is talking about contains cha-cha heels, sequins and skintight bodysuits. Fanning told reporters at the Sundance premiere, "I kept all the wardrobe. I can break it out again some day." The clothes apparently are majestic!

On the sides, Michael Shannon, who plays the foul-mouthed manager Kim Fowley in the movie, spoke about his lingo in the movie. He said, "That's the way that guy talks. It's his vernacular." He said that prior to shooting he met the legendary manager of the path-breaking band of Joan Jett once. He told reporters, "We had dinner. Me, Kristen and Joan met him for dinner one night at Denny's. The waiter, he took our drink orders and then got real nervous and he came back and spilled the entire tray of drinks all over the table."
