Erin Mueller Not Guilty of Kicking Michael Lohan

Erin Mueller has been let off the hook from charges of kicking her ex-husband Michael Lohan. A couple of weeks back she was accusing Michael of assaulting her as well! But now that accusation has died down. The assault charge against Erin was dropped by a judge. Michael Lohan accused in court that Erin Mueller assaulted her on November 14.

Lindsay Lohan’s father Michael told the court that Erin was drunk and wanted to drive. He tried to stop her but she was not willing to listen. So he had to force her. And in the process, he was kicked! He claimed she was “drunk and high”. The Nassau County Court of New York dismissed the criminal charges. However, the restraining order that Michael has against Erin stands unaffected.

Erin had already filed papers in court claiming that Michael was the one who was victimizing her. She claims in the papers that she was subjected to domestic violence throughout 2007 and 2008. That included a kick to her lady region. Michael has, of course, denied the allegations. But can you really trust Michael Lohan to speak the truth? After all, you can never really forget that he records his phone calls and posts fake suicide tweets!
