Tiger Woods Back to the Turf!
This is where you’d rather see Tiger Woods than in some celebrity gossip magazine. Tiger decided to put a stop to the whirlwind of dust and smoke about his string of affairs and mistresses. He will be playing the Masters tournament in Augusta. We reported that he would be doing so in an earlier post. But all is not smooth for the man known for smooth hits to the putt. His wife, Elin Woods, is not going to be cheering him from the stands. Neither can you see his children up on the stands. Apparently she’s away enjoying tennis at the Sony Ericsson Tennis Open in Florida.
Elin Woods had made it known that she was not keen on a divorce because of the kids. Elin comes from a broken home herself and she didn’t want her kids to go through the same traumatic experience. But Tiger is taking it easy. He was seen cracking jokes with some of the senior members of the PGA tour. He also waved and greeted reporters who have gathered in droves to cover the meet. Tiger Woods would be addressing a press conference today to clear the media speculations and also his thoughts about the tournament that flags off tomorrow.
What prompted this sudden turn in Elin Woods’ plan? Blame it on the recent text message revelations made by one of Tiger’s mistresses, Joslyn James. The text messages portray Tiger as this sex-starved maniac! Meanwhile, Joslyn James and her lawyer Gloria Allred will be conducting a press conference right after the Tiger Woods conference comes to an end. That is something that we can keep an eye on.
